Cancellation Policy

If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, you will be charged for 50% of your service. Your card information will be stored on your customer profile, and you will be notified prior to any charges. This authorization will remain in effect until a request for cancellation is processed

With an increase in no show appointments, we now require all clients to keep a card on file in conjunction with out cancellation policy. 50% of your services will be charged to the card on file if you no show your appointment.

We will require a credit card on file as well as an electronically signed authorization form from all clients. 

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Venmo 

We prefer not to add tips on credit and debit cards.  All stylists accept tips in cash or on apps such as Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal
